The resolution was approved during the Mayor and Council Emergency Teleconference Meeting held March 23rd . The resolution directs certain precautionary measures and closures within the City of Hapeville in response to the COVID-19 Pandemic Crisis and grants the Mayor the power to issue executive orders.
