The purpose of this meeting is to Consider and Act on the following items: 1) Amendment to the Code of Ordinances, City of Hapeville, Georgia Chapter 93 (Zoning), Article 3.1 (Zones), Section 93-3.1-2 (Zoning Map) – 2nd Reading and 2) Applying for the PayDirt Grant from Santa Cruz Bicycles.
In addition to the public comments made by citizens at the meeting, interested parties may submit written comments to the City Clerk via email [cepps@hapeville.org] or via telephone [404-766-3004] by 12 PM on December 21st. In order for comments to be read into the record at the meeting, all correspondence must include the sender’s name, address, and comment. All senders must confirm receipt of their public comment with the City Clerk.
*All attendees must wear a face covering or mask to attend the Council meeting. Attendees wishing to make an in-person comment must sign up with the designated city staff prior to the meeting. Please remain six (6) feet a part at all times.
