Hapeville's Holiday Collection Policy states: When Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Years Day falls on a regular collection day, service will be delayed by one business day. This year, there will be no garbage collection on Christmas Day (Wednesday, December 25th). If your normal garbage collection day is Wednesday, your garbage collection will be moved to Thursday, and Thursday's route will be moved to Friday. In addition, Friday's recycling collection will be moved to Monday, December 30th. All collection will be on a one business day delay.
Per our garbage collection policy, there will be no garbage pickup service on New Years Day (Wednesday, January 1, 2025). Due to the New Years Day Holiday, garbage collection will be on a one business day delay for that week. If your normal garbage collection day is on Wednesday, it will be moved to Thursday, January 2nd and Thursday's collection route will be moved to Friday, January 3rd.
